The reception, which took place at the restaurant’s new space within the renovated Prudential Center, served as a fundraiser for the Greg Hill Foundation. It welcomed big-name guests like Gov. Charlie Baker, Celtics co-owner Wyc Grousbeck, comedian Lenny Clarke, State Rep. Aaron Michlewitz, City Councilor Anissa Essaibi George, former Councilor Tito Jackson, celebrity lawyer Larry Arm, WAAF’s radio hosts Greg Hill and Danielle Murr, Boston 25 News reporter Jessica Reyes, NBC Boston anchor Natasha Verma and State6 CEO Aaron Sells.
SWEET EMOTION: Steven Tyler is living la dolce vita with his longtime partner, Aimee Ann Preston. The Aerosmith star has apparently taken his girlfriend to Venice, Italy, in celebration of her birthday this week. The couple was spotted in the romantic city, cruising along the picturesque canals in a gondola like a pair of proper tourists. Tyler also shared sweet nothings to his significant other on social media, posting a rom-com-worthy photo of them smooching one another in the rain, crediting photographer Zack Whitford for the pic and including the caption, “Some people feel the rain…other people just get wet ((Happy birthday my lady love)).” Preston, 31, and Tyler, 70, have been together for several years now, having met when she first took a job as his assistant in 2012.
